But you won’t just be helping yourself when you enter our Free Prize Draws… you’ll also be helping the environment, because we will plant a tree on your behalf when you make your entry… and we will email you a personalised certificate to confirm it. Approximately 100,000 acres of forest is cut down every single day around the world, resulting in devastating effects on global warming and local wildlife. OK, we can't completely reverse the effects of deforestation and global warming but we can try and do our bit and help make a difference.
The next prize draw will be announced in March, but if you register your details you will be entered into that competion which closes in August.
The results for the Prize Draws which closed last year will be available by request if a SAE is sent to the company at PO Box 165, Holmfirth, West Yorks, HD9 3WX.
Home Furnishings Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:
1) Entry in to this Prize Draw is free and no purchase is necessary.
2) The Prize Draw is open to residents of mainland UK only; entrants must be aged 18 or over to qualify. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of speedycamel.co.uk; it's agencies or any other parties involved in the promotion.
3) Only one entry per person will be allowed. Entries will be made automatically after completion of the Registration Form; postal entries will not be accepted.
4) The closing date for entries will be midnight on 26th August 2010, entries received after this will be deemed invalid and will not be entered. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible entries will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost or delayed (for any reason), and will not be accepted as proof of entry.
5) The winning entries were drawn at random on the 30th September by an independent judge. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6) There is one prize of a £500 Voucher, which can be used to purchase any products up to that value from speedycamel.co.uk. There are a further five, second place prizes of a £100 Voucher and fifty runner-up prizes of a Voucher for 25% off purchases over £100. All vouchers must be redeemed no later than 30th November 2010, after which the vouchers will become invalid.
7) The vouchers cannot be transferred or exchanged and no cash alternatives will be offered.
8) The £500 and £100 prizewinners will be notified by telephone, using the number used to enter the competition. The prizewinners will have 72 hours in which to claim the prize before another winner is chosen. The winners of the 25% off purchases over £100 will be notified by email, using the email address used to enter the competition.
9) The winners may be required to take part in publicity and, by entering the Prize Draw, consent to such publicity.
10) The Prizes offered are strictly at the discretion of the promoter and can be withdrawn at any time for any reason whatsoever.
11) The names of the winners can be obtained by contacting the promoter, at the address below after 5th September.
12) The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
13) By entering this Prize Draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
